Heh

So, it’s been a while since I’ve updated. Vacation was very fun. We didn’t end up going to the swamp, but enjoyed the beach. On a boat tour, I saw part of a manatee and most of several dolphins.

The story I’m writing is going well. The CD I just bought, the Bourne Identity soundtrack, is perfect to listen to while writing this. Anything I say about the story, though, will give stuff away. I might post it on Clean Place when I finish, if anyone wants to read it. I might anyway :p

 I’m sad I won’t be able to meet Elraen & Family this summer, but I hope to meet them one day! I want to go the 2008 moot. We’ll see what God says/does.

I’ve seen Spiderman 3 twice now (with various friends…what could I say? :p). It’s really good! I think the third is my favorite of the trilogy. The action scene with Spiderman, Harry, Sandman, and Venom at the end is one of my favorite parts (and the very end of the movie, but I can’t give that part away!) I hear they’re going to make three more…but I don’t know for sure.

I’ve heard bad things and good things about Pirates of the Caribbean 3…I hope to see it soon.

A friend is coming over Friday that I haven’t seen in a while. :pom: I’m excited!

I’m drawing a picture now of Jack Sparrow, Will, and Elizabeth. I haven’t worked on it any today…but probably will soon. Hopefully. :6: My story has been taking up a lot of my time (but I don’t mind ).

I need to get off now, so I’ll stop boring you to death and end this.

Vacation!

Well, tomorrow I’m leaving to go to Florida with my family! =) I’m excited, as I haven’t been to the beach in a while.

My last art class for the school year was last week, since we’ll be gone this one, which is really the last. So I brought home the picture I was drawing and finished it here. Now I’m drawing a rose in pencil.

And at the moment, listening to music from Bourne Identity. :ninja: I like those movies, except for the cussing and one scene in the first, which I skipped…thankfully, my DVD player has a feature that mutes the cuss words, but I haven’t figured out how to get it to work on those yet :blink:

It’s raining here, with frequent gentle thunder. The power just blinked, so I should probably turn this off now. Bye!

An Update!

Suilad! I finally remembered to update!

I went to the Renaissance Festival yesterday with my mother, younger sister, and a friend and her mom. It was quite fun, mostly. It was warm though, in the eighties, and very sunny. I’d rather it be sunny than cloudy, though, on most days, and I had a good time despite my bangs being soaked in sweat by the time we got back (they looked rather humorous). I wore a black peasant skirt and a large blue tee shirt that I 1) cut the sleeves and collar off of 2) whip-stitched around the neck in brown thread and 3) sewed a blue and silver…thingy…circular string…uh…to line the neck. I also braided some…I think it’s called something like hem tape? together to make belts and headthingies.

I bought a hat made to look like Captain Jack Sparrow’s (from Pirates of the Caribbean). :ninja:

In all, I took 152 pictures. I posted a lot of them on Clean Place in the OC. And I deleted some

I think my favorite part was the joust. At first I thought the knight I was rooting for was going to loose…he was knocked off his horse. Then he got the other knight off of his horse and they swordfought. ‘My’ knight’s sword was knocked from his hand and he was wounded (not really, of course, since it was just a show). But then, somehow, he got the other guy’s sword and won! Yayness.
