Summer Novel Writing Month. 30,000 words. 31 days.

Ok, for me, actually, my personal goal is 50,000 words. I am muy excited I have a plot idea and characters. I have two main characters. One of them is very dark – Michael de’Zenandrielle, whose eyes are as dark as his soul (c) and the others is very light – Gabriel Ram (c), the epitome of goodness, though he has his faults (I’m just not sure what they are yet…).

Plus my secondary characters, who are close to main – Kylie Rachael (c), a near fearless warrior woman :p , Zerian Terinay (c), a once rebellious…um, rebel….who is a Christian now, Rain Firerose (c), a quiet, shy, and beautiful young woman, Treasure Phoenix (c), who is bright, crazy, and joyful, and maybe one more character…Zlusha Terinay (c), Zadrian’s sister.

I hope I have enough plot to last 50,000 words. *sings* I do, I do, I do believe….(Steven Curtis Chapman).

June 21

Happy June 21.

For a while there I was doing pretty good about updating…oh well. I’m not sure anyway reads my blog anyway, hehe.

I finished part 1 of the story I was talking about and am partway into the second one (about 10,000 words).

I don’t think much of anything happened in the time I didn’t post…Oh, except Jesus Culture, a conference I went to with the youth group! It was…amazing. Lou Engle, Banning Liebscher, Danny Silk, and a lady whose name I don’t remember spoke. And we worshiped and prayed like crazy

The Call is coming up in a couple of weeks (July 7, http://www.thecall.com/ - check it out), and then the One Thing conference (July 19-21). I’m pretty excited about both of those.

Anyways, I’ll end this now, and maybe write some. Namárië.

Almost done with the first part of my story! Just part of one scene and the epilogue to go. Then I can start on part 2, if God gives me the go ahead.

The last three of the Kingdom series by Chuck Black (I read the first three)

Saint by Ted Dekker

Shadow in the Deep and Father of Dragons by L. B. Graham (the next two books in The Binding of the Blade series)

The Shadowmancer Returns by G. P. Taylor

Happy June 3! Whatever that is.

I’ve been pretty lazy today :6: I didn’t get up until 11:30. I had some weird dreams last night (and this morning) :blink:.

Then I printed out a bunch of my poetry to give to my youth leader, since she liked the other poetry I gave her. I need to work on my vocabulary…some of the words I use that ryhme get kind of repetitive :6:

I’m listening to the song on my blog and drinking water that’s too cold. Soon I’m going to write! Pray for me :6:

One month left until SuNoWriMo! I’m going for 50,000 words this year. Make me! It’ll be good for me! I’ll learn how to keep going when I have nothing to write. Oh wait, I already do that on this blog…I’ll learn how to stretch myself and my imagination! There we go.

I should work on my story now. I want to finish this one before SuNo starts. We’ll see.

Happy June Second! Whatever that is.

I’m really tired today. Too many late nights in a row. I should probably stay home from “the barn” and sleep…but I want to go. :p

I’m disappointed. Matt Damon, who plays Jason Bourne in The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy (and The Bourne Ultimatum, which comes out August 3) says he is “definately done with the Bourne thing”. So if they make a fourth one, the actor probably won’t be him. So I really hope they DON’T make a fourth one.

Anyways, I’m rambling. Um…I’m wearing a shirt today I haven’t in a while.

My younger sister is spending the night at a friend’s house tonight.

I haven’t added much to my story today. I hope I can get get a good night’s sleep and be able to work on it more and better tomorrow.

Two posts in a day! World record! Ok, record for me…

I had lot of fun today with my friend. We watched The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy, and then played around on the computer looking at pictures of mine and some videos.

I don’t what to write this post about, so I’m not sure why I’m writing it, but I am.

My story pace has picked back up a little in the last half hour. :tongue: I’m having fun writing it. I’ve learned in those slow places, if you just press on through, maybe erase the last line and try another there and keep going, I can usually get going again.

I had another thought, and then I forgot it…oh yeah! When you think you should go back and change something, don’t. Save it for the edit once you’ve typed “The End”! Don’t go back and let your pace drop. Keep on writing, and when you’ve finished the first draft, then make whatever changes you want.

Anyways, I’m going to write some more in my story now. I keep wanting to say “ahr-uh-vwa!” but I don’t know to spell it. So namárië!

Well, I’m waiting for my friend to get here, so I decided to post. I’ve no idea what to write about here, though.

I have a plot idea for SuNoWriMo (a.k.a. Summer Novel Writing Month), which is in July, and some character ideas. For the plot, I think I’m going to basically use the one I posted in Creative Ventilation in the Nook on Clean Place. For the charcters, I think I’m going to take a trait of mine for each character and expand and enhance it to base that character’s personality on it. That’ll fun and maybe challenging.
